Design Notes

Protein linkers are often needed when creating fusion proteins. However it is hard to guess a suitibale link. Team Tuebingen 2015 therefore created parts resulting in serine/glycine linkers of various lenghts.

The Part is intended for use with the RFC25 standard. Because this standard already contains both a start and a stop codon in the prefix/suffix, the part only sequence does NOT contain these.
